Kesseböhmer Ergonomietechnik was represented at Orgatec in Cologne with the innovative YOYO booking system for office workplaces.
After a long break due to the pandemic, Orgatec, the world’s leading trade fair for modern working environments, took place in Cologne from 24 – 29.10.22. Under the motto “Rethinking Work”, trade visitors and other interested parties were able to discover visionary concepts for working environments. Right in the middle and on the pulse of the times was the innovative booking app YOYO SMART.
Since hybrid working models are now preferred by most employees and companies are now required to follow the hybrid working models with optimised workspaces, the interest of the trade audience in intelligent desk sharing was correspondingly high.
Under the slogan “The smart way of desksharing”, visitors to the Kesseböhmer Ergonomietechnik stand learned all about flexible desksharing and effective use of space. The trade fair team led by Christian Straub, Head of YOYO, not only provided comprehensive information about the booking app, but also demonstrated live how easy it is to use the YOYO app. The focus of the trade fair presentation was on the areas of workstation booking, room booking and locker booking. Features such as saving favourite workplaces, creating serial bookings or find-my-colleague simplify hybrid work just as much as booking parking spaces or e-charging stations as additional assets. If no own device is available, the space can also be booked directly in the office via the YOYO Kiosk.
YOYO convinced with a successful demonstration of a smart workplace that also supports hybrid work. Especially the combination of cost-efficient office space utilisation via the space booking system paired with optimally adapted workplace ergonomics for each individual employee aroused the interest of the trade audience. In addition to being easy to use for the user, the app combines award-winning interface design and the simplest implementation. YOYO SMART is available either as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model or as an on-premises solution.
